Urban Sketchers: Let’s Draw Basingstoke and Deane!

Reading Road in Sherfield on Loddon

Basingstoke Festival

Weekend Two

Date: Sunday 30 June
Time: 10am to 3.30pm
Location: Reading Road in Sherfield on Loddon

Join local artists and educators Fatima Pantoja, Rachel Davis and Jacky Purtill to become reporters of our beautiful town! Draw at different locations, mostly outdoors, capturing what you see from direct observation. The drawings created will become a record of a specific time and place, showing the world, one picture at the time.

So what is Urban Sketchers all about?

Aim: Art helps to improve wellbeing, being outside and engaging with like-minded people helps too. So what can happen when you put the two together!?

Places are free but must be booked in advance, further details below.
