Earlier this year, Kayte West of The Memory Box Foundation teamed up with artist Kym Devine and students from Queen Mary’s College for a powerful reminiscence project that brought stories to life across Basingstoke.
Visiting local care homes, the team sparked conversations, unlocked treasured memories and gathered heartfelt reflections from residents. These memories became the inspiration for a beautiful collection of poems, co-created by everyone involved and lovingly shaped by Kym.
