Whatever your taste in music, Basingstoke Festival has something on the programme for you. It starts with the world premiere of a new classical work and moves through new talent, brass bands, big bands, massed choirs, renowned soloists, open air concerts, Irish folk music, Motown, tribute bands, an eighties icon and a good old-fashioned singalong. The finale is the town's flagship music event Basingstoke Live, showcasing the best in local music and dance alongside national and international artists.
